Amazing poem, ranjanda!

Transits and cycles, how they weave a complex set of

events.

Seriously though -- perhaps poetry has something deeply related to

jyotish. I mean look at any of the revered or not so revered classics!

 

See any prose there? Why not?

 

Interestingly, as times have changed, prose has not changed that much

but verse has!

 

At times it had been all about rhyming

at times it had been anything but!

At times it had been about codes, such as katapayadi (Jaimini Sutras)

But mostly it has been about soul reaching and touching another soul.

 

Works in the jyotish framework too!
