Both of u can take one piece of garlic each, chew it and swallow the same with two glasses of water, if urnt a diabetic u can take it with half teaspoon of honey. In the email sent by the querrant, I presume that the querrantand his wife have health related problems and that's the reason i have addressed the remedy for both of them. "ur brushing" I meant both have them can consume raw garlic after brushing their teeth in the morning when they wake up from bed. I hope i have clarified ur query.
