I practiced every day for two months and the results were nothing short of remarkable. At the time I had been experiencing a lot of emotional swings which I felt were disruptive to my state of mind and to succeeding in college. After two months of practicing the yoga, my nervous system was totally transformed and I was calm and fearless. Nothing upset me but conversely, nothing excited me extremely either. This was, however, preferable to my former state. I am now 55 years old and getting back into doing the yoga due to the availability of DVDs.
