Here's some feedback from our recent Bhaktivedanta Coaching Course in ISKCON

> What do you think was useful at the Bhaktivedanta Coaching Course?

 

Many things were useful. I learned about the power of questions and how

to make them, about importance of listening, about small steps towards

achieving great goals, that solutions are really within ourselves, and so

on.

 

Very useful vas also practical part where we were coaching each other. I did

it with my wife. We were both were nicely surprised that it went quite well.

Our experience was that for a long time we didnt have such deep

conversation, there were even some tears of happyness.

 

So we decided that we will make an experiment and coach each other and see

how will it work.

 

Personaly I believe that individual personal help and asistance to devotees

and specially to leaders is one of the important isuses presently in ISKCON

globally.

 

Sucess in this area could be the fundation for further developing other

programs, projects and so on.

 

> Do you have any suggestions for improving of seminar?

 

Seminar was well prepared. You know the theme of coaching wery well, you

are very god and enthusiastic teacher.

 

I liked your sense of humor which made good atmosphere.

 

I liked presentations of devotees and also the professional videos.

 

Papers that we were given were wery well prepared.

 

One thing that might be improved is the quailty of power point

presentations.

 

- There could be shorter phrases instead of whole sentences where possible

- There could be pictures

- There could be tables, schemes, etc.

 

Workbook for students would be also usefull.

I would like to thank you for coming to our temple and sharing your

knowledege, skils and experinece with us.

 

Together with my wife we will try to use what we have learned and help each

other to improve.
