Guest guest
Dear Pradeep, I am glad you can truly appreciate what a great Astrologer like B. Suryanarain Rao said, so well. Guest guest
Dear Chandrashekhar and Pradeep, Do you consider that house placement of this combination /dusthana/ affect the yoga, along with other things you've discussed? Have I missed something? Regards, Anna Chandrashekhar <chandrashekhar46 (AT) (DOT) co.uk> wrote: Dear Pradeep, I am glad you can truly appreciate what a great Astrologer like B. Guest guest
Dear Anna, I think that thread was in response to my post about the opinion of B. Suryanarain Rao the grandfather of D. B.V. Raman who was called the modern day Varaha Mihira. I am giving the comments below. B. Surya Narain rao Sarvartha Chintamani Vol1 page 123. "There are now many Jyotishis-astrologers and there are also many siddhantees-astronomers. A happy combinations of the two in one and the same individual is a rarity and we may count their names almost on our finger's ends. While mathematics are absolutely necessary for all astrological calculations they deprive the possessor of that mathematical ability and acumen, the excellent judgement-power in prediction, which will be developed in a man, who entirely devoted himself to the predictive portion of it and to the observation of men who are so many results of planetary influences. The best astronomers, as a class, are sorry predictors, while the best astrologers guess the combinations of planets almost instinctively, at the time of birth of a person, without even a pretense of making the elementary calculations." Take care, Chandrashekhar. 108ar wrote: > > Dear Chandrashekhar and Pradeep, > Do you consider that house placement of this combination /dusthana/ > affect the yoga, along with other things you've discussed? Ditto if the lagna or Moon is in Cancer and occupies the trimsamsa of Mercury. Generally, during the Sun-Sun prana dasha in a sukshma dasa, there would be proclivity towards such things. Don't forget to reckon from narayana dasas either and for both persons involved; fructification (for the want of a better word) will only happen if both charts are reflective of incest.
