I'd like to know whether gurudev is talking about the sadhana published in 1998 http://www.siddhashram.org/s19980580.shtml, or the daily practise of staring at one top nose chanting thus the mantra: Om Hreem Hreem Ayeim Kriya Siddhim Om .
