Dear bhAgavathAs,

 

adiyEn attended last 3 days of Utsavam including

Panchami TheerthavAri, and had darshan of Sri

Padmavathi Thayar during BrahmOtsavam. The last day

Panchami TheerthavAri was infact enthralling one and

couldn't forgot by adiyEn. Thanks to TTD for good

arrangements during the utsavam. They allowed all in

the Pushkarini before Chakra snanam took place. AdiyEn

also had the bhAgyam of being one member in the

Pushkarini during Chakra snanam.

 

TTD had arranged the big screen to show the live event

of Thayar and ChakrathAzhwar Thirumanjanam near the

Pushkarini mandapam which enables all the adiyAr to

watch the live thirumanjanam by standing inside the

Pushkarini itself. Really it was great to watch and

adiyEn felt that two eyes were not enough to watch the

live close shots of Thayar in big screen during

thirumanjanam (even thousand eyes were not enough!).

Thirumanjanam starts around 9.00 AM. Before that

mariyAdhai from ThiruvEnkatamudaiyan at Thirumalai for

HIS consort reached the temple around 8.00 AM. This

was received by the Jeeyar at the temple.

 

During this Panchami, Godess Padmavathi Thayar born in

this Pushkarini in thousand petal Lotus (Hence

Padmavathi!)-comments during live telecast by TTD.

 

Highlights during TheerthavAri

During theerthavAri, Lord Srinivasa appeared in

Garudan twice. AdiyEn could hear the nAmA "Govinda

Govinda" chanted by lakhs of devotees who gathered

there which reverbrates the entire area while

witnessing Garudan flying atop the Pushkarini.

 

By standing inside the Pushkarini, watching

simultaneously the live thirumanjanam in Big Screen,

adiyEn didnt felt to come out of it after Chakra

Snanam was over.
