Guest guest
Would anyone know where the quote below would be in our Beloved Chandi Path? I'm in another as well, and somebody posted this quote from beliefnet.com and the people who are not aware of what the Chandi Path is, are not sure why the words confusion and the divine goddess are used together, if anyone can shed light on this, it would be greatly appreciated, or if you can point out where this would be in the Chandi path, either help would be nice... thank you... Chandi Maa Ki Jai !!!! Shree Maa ki Jai !!!! Swamiji ki Jai !!!! Bhakta Mandali ki Jai !!!! Ramakrishna Ki Jai... Jai Jai Ramakrishna, Jai Jai Ramakrishna, Jai Jai Ramakrishna, Jai Jai Maa.... Jai Maa, Jai Maa, Jai Maa, Jai Maaaaaaa... Pranaams to Dear Maa, Swamiji and Devotees. Ramakrishna: I am severely depressed today. My dear nephew, Hriday, has written that he is dangerously ill. All morning, I have been questioning: "O mind, why are you so miserable about Hriday's situation ? Is it maya or daya, delusion or true compassion?" This is the inquiry every practitioner must engage in, moment by moment. Maya is the enslavement to dualistic abstractions. Daya is the beautiful functioning of nondual wisdom-energy in the form of tenderness, empathy, and affection. Please tell me, Mahendra, is my dejected mood an expression of dualistic projection and egocentric construction? Or is it unbearable compassion for all beings, the Great Compassion born spontaneously from the womb of the Wisdom Mother? from The Great Swan: Meetings with Ramakrishna, by Lex Hixon. -baby tulsi Quote "To the Divine Goddess who resides in all existence in the form of Confusion, we bow to Her; we bow to Her; we bow to Her, continually we bow, we bow. Presiding over the senses of all beings and pervading all existence, to the Omnipresent Goddess who individualizes creation we bow, we bow. In the form of Consciousness She distinguishes the individual phenomena of the perceivable universe. We bow to Her; we bow to Her; we bow to Her; we bow to Her, continually we bow, we bow." -Chandi Patha
Guest guest
The quote you refer i believe can be found in Chapter 5 of the Chandi - Hymn of praise to the Goddess - maybe around verse 85 or later- "ya devi sarvabhutesu bhranti rupena samsthita namas-tasyai namas-tasyai namas-tasyai namo namah indrayanam-adhistatri bhutanam cakhilesu ya bhutesu satatam tasyai vyaptidevyai namo namah citirupena ya krtsnam-etad-vyapya sthita jagat namas-tasyai namas-tasyai namas-tasyai namo namah" Hope this helps.
