I hope u have seen Raman's how to Judge a horoscope vol-1,2 in this the mention of any house lord in 6,8,12 is detrimental to that house/significator is there

so here 7th lord in 12th is a sure drawback and break in marriage.

again 7th lord ina chara rasi same he has said this too.

there are other rules in HRM i mentioned that do suggest the same.

where in the ones listed above and ones not said do give a 2nd marriage and happiness from it alone. 1st has to break. THIS IS A YOGA not a avayayoga if it is possible to legally maintain 2 it will hold. as the law is against polygamy it must break

in rishabam 7th house and its nakshtara lord is Rohini

which is once again the most favoured star of moon.

these are areas of positive factors negating the 7th

lord being in 12th house. U may give ur expert opinion

on the above observation,
