Taking a Path to the End + Free Yoga Ebook

"As I matured, I saw the truth of his observation. It is not the

method or the path we practice, it is our sincerity and authenticity

and longing that lights up any path we travel and take it to the

end. And then we give up the path as well."

 

I am finding this too as I get older. I once heard someone say that

if you dig deep enough you can reach the gold but that if you dig 2

feet down, then go to another spot (path) and start digging etc etc,

you will not reach the bottom because your energy is divided. Yet

anyone would have gotten you to the bottom if you were sincere.

 

Of course I think that we are afraid of ego death so that is a lot

of it too!
