Guest guest
Srimathe ramanujaya Namaha For a Society to sustain and flourish, every sect of the society like doctors, engineers, teachers, Farmers etc should do their duty without any second thought. In the case of special occasions people tend to ignore their respective duties and concentrate more on the event of the occasion. Same is the case of srivaishnavisam. The thougts are beatifully putforth by Sriman Ranjan swamy, where the brahmistic population is miniscule compared to the population of this whole world. Our priciples and anushtAnams of our sampradayam are more rightly put as "adiyArgal vAzha, aranga nagar vAzha satakOpan thantha thamizh nOOl vAzha *kadal sOOzhuntha mannulagam vAzha"* it is not saying "brahmanargal vAzha" or "indiargal vAzha" it is saying the "whole world surrounded by the seas" should live. We ARE suppose to do our normal duties (sAmAnya dharma) as prescribed by our respective authories and scriptiures to whichever clan we are born. In the event of special occasions when we do kainkaryams (vishEsha dharma), former takes the back seat and we can very well leave out the normal duty and concentrate ONLY on the vishEsha dharma. This exception can only be an exception and can never become a rule. Else the society (srivaishnavic society) wont flourish and sustain.
