Guest guest
Dear Mr. Singh, There is no problem with pagri while doing mantra jaap. You can continue with same process. May Guruji bless you. supersanyasi <supersanyasi > wrote: oji sasriyakaal.iam from lucknow.i started mantra sadhana from 2005. iam a sardar and i want to know if i can do mantar jaap with my pagdi on or should i remove it when iam chanting. makkhan singh With Warm Regards Amit Juneja-Channel Partner M/s Angel Broking Ltd. Guest guest
Nikhilehswaram Nikhileshwaram Nikhileshwaram We have seen sardars taking special shaktipaat diksha from Gurudev with their turbans on. Therefore we can assume that mantra jap can be done with turban on, although we have seen other sadhaks(non-sikhs) being adviced to do sadhna without covering their head. Therefore if you are doing sadhna at home and in a separate room then you may take off your turban. If you are in situation where you can not take off your pagri then you can decide otherwise. Other essential articles are universally needed for doing sadhna in a better and more fruitful manner. Wrapping Guru shawl around the body( while doing sadhna mantra japa only) is essentially accepted by siddhashram sadhak parivar. Apart from this yellow dhoti, woollen sitting mat of yellow colour ,panchapatra(for keeping water), laminated photograph of Gurudev Nikhil are also needed for doing sadhna. (Colour of dhoti & woolen sitting mat varies according to the type of sadhna but yellow is the most used colour and it is the colour maximum used while doing Guru sadhna and daily Gurupujan & mantra japa). Sadhna artilces are essential for doing sadhna and mantra japa. We feel there is no customary objection on doing these for being a sardar. For more information you may call up at Delhi Gurudham, phone numbere are given at www.siddhashram.org Nikhileshwaram Nikhileshwaram Nikhileshwaram supersanyasi <supersanyasi > wrote: oji sasriyakaal.iam from lucknow.i started mantra sadhana from 2005. iam a sardar and i want to know if i can do mantar jaap with my pagdi on or should i remove it when iam chanting. makkhan singh Find out what India is talking about on - Answers India Send FREE SMS to your friend's mobile from Messenger Version 8. Guest guest
Dear Makhan Singh Ji Although Ajay Ji has answered your question but i would like to add that in Mantra Japa correct pronunciation is very important for successes like in your mail you have used the word sasriyakaal which actually SATT SHRI AKKAL (Who is beyond death is only true). May GOD bless you.
