Guest guest
Sat Nam! The best "drink" for skin health is Golden Milk. Normally skin problems are from Pitta out of balance, toxic blood. A blood cleanse might be a good idea. Blessings in Health, Guru Ravi Kaur

Guest guest
Sat Nam Nirvair, Neem tea is definitely one of the best teas for the skin. Your friend can use it internally and externally. Turmeric is also very good but it stains. You can get neem from www.bazaarofindia.com. I have no connections to them but you can get most common Ayurvedic needs there. Guest guest
Sat nam Nirvair Kaur I have to add a couple more things. It depends what is wrong with her skin. If she has acne, rashes, infections or anything that makes the skin "red" and is acute, amla is usually indicated. This is one of the fruits of triphala. Take about a tsp. on the tongue and wash it down with a glass of water. If it is more general, then soak a tsp. of triphala in water overnight. Drink a glass in the morning. Also drink water soaked overnight in a copper cup. If you cannot find copper, then go to a hardware store and geta piece of copper (pipe connector). Clean it and put it in the glass. You can even use the copper and triphala together. Guru Bandhu > Can someone with ayurvedic and/or herbal knowledge please recommend a > tea that is good for the skin? Guest guest
The tumeric in goldenmilk might be beneficial, but dairy can really aggravate blemishes. Dairy free is best. There are a lot of herbs that can help, but really they are individualized, from a Chinese Medical perspective. Your friend should see an acupuncturist/herbalist and get a complete exam. I may be able to direct her in the right direction if you tell me what part of the world she's in. Thank you, Sami/Har Kaur (licensed acupuncturist/herbalist)
