Hier leite ich euch einen Bericht von Artashes Adamian weiter, der als

Mitglied der Hare-Krishna-Gemeinde in Armenien, einer ehemaligen

Sowjetrepublik,

von einem Schägertrupp der Regierung zu Hause überfallen wurde. Im Jahre

2000

stellte er einen Asylantrag in Lübeck. Er wohnt seit der Zeit auf Sylt.

 

Er berichtet von seinen Erlebnissen als Antragsteller auf Asyl.

Hari Bol Dear Vaidyanath!

So.

When one want to ask for an asylum in Germany,one should directly,without

any transit stops in any land,arrive to Germany and immidietly go to asylum

camp(or to any police department to ask for further instructoins).At

first(day)

they checked my personal things,very

detailed! and took a foto.In two days took the intervew place.

There was an interpretor and a man(the authority who was quastioning

me).The

questions were mostly of these caracter.

0.Why im here.1.When did i arrive in Germany.

2.Did i stop in any other countries before.

3.How long took the travel.

4.Do i have any friends and relatives in Europe and Germany.

5.To tell about the persecution.

6.If i now any devotees in Germany.

Well this are main questions been asked.After three day The Bundesamt

gave the negative answere.I cant say for what resons and how did they judge

the whole thing.And then i found a lawer(through the lawer of the asylum

camp).So, my lawer gave an WIEDERSPRUCH and it took 6 years before the

Bundesamt

gave a date for a Court Procedure.The first

case was not really productive because they wanted more information about

tha actual situation of religious freedome.Thats why IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO

HAVE FACTS!FOTOES ;ARTICLES AND SO ON.I can see that recent raids are very

obviouse,they are even filmed,it can be very usefull as an evidence.

Well i stayed two months in asylum camp then i asked(with your help) for

another place to live because the the conditions in camp for a devotee are

very

hard.They accepted my request and suggested a separate room.

fotoes,and articles of cours.If i can help further im at your service.

upon the ignorant people.
