Guest guest
I would like to ask is the smiling buddha kriya to bring smile on your face. Because I have noticed after I do that kriya it brings smile and makes my soul happy for the simple things.
Guest guest
That would be correct! Stimulating 1st and 4thcenters (heart chakra), you enjoy the simple things alot more. Mahan gyan Mudra is similar. The kriya for conquering pain works on a similar principle. Check archives. Finally balancing nervous and immune systems would be worth looking into also. These are my favorite typle of kriyas, arm kriyas!!! -Chris shabad_amritsar <dosanjh_n (AT) (DOT) ca> wrote: I would like to ask is the smiling buddha kriya to bring smile on your face. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Good explanation Chris. Yogi Bhajan used to ask us to do the meditations and report back to him what effect they had on us. They do affect people differently. And they are cosmic meditations, not scientific experiments limited to a specific chemical reaction. So they can and do affect us in many ways. If you start to smile and feel happy, that is what it does for you. What a deal! Give thanks. Smiling Buddha was one of the first meditations I practiced. After I did this meditation for forty days, I felt that only the people that were beneficial in my life entered. Some how I felt protected against any intrusions or unappropriate relationships. And that I attracted right relationships for me. It is found in Transitions to a Heart Centered World www.yogatech.com Many blessings, Gururattana :+) Still smiling!
