Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone reading I am considering taking Level I this summer & doubts are coming up if a) I'll have the funds to do it and B)is this the right path for me? I'll continue my practice & would love to hear from you about your experiences w/training. I was introduced to KY by Gurmukh at Omega in 2005. The chanting hooked me instantly. Guest guest
Linda, I suggest you look at it this way - forget your doubts for now and Revisit when you first started thinking of taking the course. Why did it interest you? Are the reasons still the same? The main thing is - how did it feel? Now, do a meditation/yoga etc, then sit quietly, and think of yourself taking it. How does it feel being there? By then you'll probably know the answer 8-) The doubts you have are only creations of your mind; you can only get rid of them by concentrating on what you want, and believe that that's what you should have. If you have a burning need to take the course, everthing else will follow. Some of the others here might know of a kriya or two that can help with visualisation - achieving your goal. Sat nam, Darren ps maybe much of your determination and ability in getting to the course will become the crux of self-mastery?! Guest guest
Dear Guru Rattan Kaur, We need to pay attention to our doubts. Give it some time and try to hear what they are trying to communicate. There may be some other messages underneath. You can start saving now and see how it goes. Then you can be in a postion to decide when it is closer to the time. My sister Guru Kirin and I are doing research now to find another site for our next Kundalini Rising Teacher Training. You may want to consider coming to our training. The Teacher Training courses are intensive when they are 23 days in a row, so you want to go where you feel comfortable with the environment, the teachers and the approach. Keep practicing as you are doing. You will know. Many blessings, Gururattana :+)
