Yes u may got your weight loose. you should start

chanting in morning at one time daily before sunrise

at least 3 mala and simple food or fruits only or only

liquid . do it minimum 24 days and then contineue with

basic gaytri manta.Gaytri mantra always works, but it

depends how u are using this tool.

any one who intrested how to chant mantra can ask for

right and proper way for chanting. if u do not knows

the right way but its results sure, may be late.

like kalmi gulab and desi gulab.

question regarding the various gayatri mantras. Can one chant the Kama

Gayatri to obtain the spouse of one's choice? How would one go about

chanting this. I really appreciate your help.
