My dreams of snakes have increased, last night I

dreamt I was in a field with my friend Jo and we were

running through wet grass bare foot, I became scared

incase there were snakes and began clapping my hands

to scare them off.

I then jumped into the air and began flying, just

above the ground, it was great.

Then I was in a room were there was a table, my friend

from the USA was growing magick red mushrooms, small

and perfectly formed. I stared at them, she smiled and

handed me four , they were tiny and cute.

I walked some way and saw an amazing space age train

pulling in along a track up on a small ridge, it was

the most awesome train I've ever seen.

Undescribable in it's structure, almost other worldly.

As I stared at it I became aware that the mushrooms

were still in my hands and may be hellucinagenic, I

suddenly saw a snake on the floor, I jumped back

(thought I was tripping on the mushrooms) and then on

the wall next to me an enormous cobra appeared, it was

attached to the wall like a gekko sits.

I froze, but then a small voice said to me, don't be

afraid , it's only the kundalini, remember that.

And I relaxed a little and tried to look, I woke up.

I've been trying to programme my unconcious mind to

embrace the snakes in my dreams and feel I'm making

progress, on two occasions now I have told myself to

not be afraid and to remember it's the kundalini.

Every other night I see them now. I'm gonna be friends

with them soon, I can feel it.

Namaste

Does anyone know any yogic practices that allow one to have dreams

where one communicates with a specific being? Also, are there any

practices that would allow one to enter the dream of another? I

realize that this is a heavy-duty topic, I've been interested in this

for some time. I never approached it from a yogic standpoint. I read a

book about dream symbology when I was younger, but logically it didn't

make much sense at all. It said that the symbols that we see in our

dream always represent something else and that they reside in the

subconscious mind. That may be true, but logically as soon as we

realize that these symbols represent a given "thing", it is no longer

subconcious but becomes concious (an so symbols may then be effected

by our concious thought). Thanks
