Varna first, then Asrama -- date for Prabhupada quote?

I'm at work -- just wondering does anyone have the date for the

Prabhupada quote "varna first, then asrama".

 

I think it goes something like this: "Varna first, then asrama. First

we will train him in his varna. Then, when varna is perfectly in order,

then we can determine the asrama." That's the approximate quote.

 

Also, Rabindranatha Prabhu, sounds like you are progressing nicely on

your varnasrama book. Good work! We'll all look forward to seeing it

when you have completed it.
