Guest guest
Namaste I know that in order to tune in, we chant ong namo guru dev nam. Where did this chant originate from and what did the ancient yogis chant before ong namo guru dev namo was first chanted? Thanks in advance. Be well. Guest guest
Dear Jardasvarc, What difference does it make. the essential is NOW not THEN &, now, 'ong namo guru dev namo' is fulfilling its purpose. It is useful & benefic. We are not in the history of the evolution of kundaliniyoga, we are in the practice of it. A good practice is also "confidence" in those directing us. Everything is to start somewhere, but, what difference does it make so long as it is fulfilling its purpose.
