The 16th day of December is a very, very special day......because we

had two occasions for celebration on this one day, going from one

party to the next!

Of course, every day is a day for celebration, indeed every minute,

every second, every moment we witness the birth of a new glorious

manifestation of the Divine. So why should we give special attention

to the day we came into this world years ago?

Well, for one it gives us the opportunity to express our gratitude to

those who received us and took care of us, to those who shared our

lives and helped us grow. But, what is more, to celebrate our

birthdays gives us the opportunity to take stock and reflect on where

we have come from, where we are now, and where we are going. Finding

ourselves here at the Devi Mandir Group, under the guidance of Shree

Maa and Swamiji, don't you think that in this life, we are in a very

good place, going in the right direction?
