Guest guest
I personally dont see any reason to ascribe any notion of Godness to Nirmala Devi. I would say the samething for any Baba. But then I again I dont even acknowledge many of the avatars. A lot of these so called "teachings" of Nirmala Devi are too amateurish. She tries making a cohesion between her teachings and Hinduism as well as Islam at large, however fails; at least from a theosophical perspective. She considers herself to be the Mehdi. Why doesnt she go to a fundamentalist Islamic country and get her Medhiness analyzed there? If she considers herself as an avatar then good for her, I dont see her curing cancer or solving any tangible crises. In this modern day, anyone who claims to be some kind of divinity can be validated by a lot of means. I am not condemning anyone who is her devotee as being an imbicile, I mean if one considers her their guru then they have all the right to ascribe all forms of divine adjectives to her. Otherwise, I wouldnt think so. In India the greatest religious institution in my opinion is the Ramakrishna math, they helped me a lot in developing a robust Idea of what I feel is my dharma. For that I am indebted to the academics who made their vedanta series possible. Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger. Guest guest
Frankly I've always considered her psychotic and megalomaniac which is not a great quality in a guru since it leads to freakish cultishness in the followers. She steals her techniques from others. Has none of her own. This is my word - follow her at your own risk. - "kartik gaurav" <omkaaraya .au> <> Sunday, December 17, 2006 1:13 PM Re: Nirmala Devi > > I personally dont see any reason to ascribe any notion of Godness to > Nirmala Devi.
