Guest guest
Sat nam, Someone posted earlier about the difference between the instant and the made tea. If you have never made your own yogi tea I recommend it. It tastes way different than the instant. Also, if you make it, try to find organic ginger. Makes a huge difference! Guest guest
Sat Nam, Kartar Kaur, I am making my own tea now, there is a great difference. It is a bit too strong for me, but I am getting used to it. My digestive system is very sensitive and can not handle a lot of ginger. I am thinking about just making a cup at a time and see how that works for me. The instant tea I was using was sold in a bag and you just added it to 16oz of boiling water it was not the tea bag.
