What is Guru and how She changed my life

1)What does Guru mean to me?

Guru to me is God/dess in the form of the Inner Friend, the True

Friend, the Holy Spirit, Inspiration, Intuition, the Still Small Voice

inside that grows strong the more we listen, and the more we rely only

on Her the closer we feel Her to be. With attention, She shows Herself

to us. She resides in the Anahata and the Ajna chakras. She moves up

through the susumna with the mantra Aum ci va ya. She is the Cause,

and the Destiny, and She is the Path. She is the link to the Source.

She is the Source. She is the cause of ignorance and that which

removes ignorance. She is Peace and Disturbance. She is all

manifestation and beyond all manifestation. She is Devi. She is

Shakti. She is Siva. Sivashakti.

 

2)How has he/she changed my life?

I am like a mad woman, always looking for Her, for reminders of Truth,

for things to wake me up to Her. I am always listening to the silence;

I am She Who Listens to Silence, waiting for Her voice. She haunts me,

and pulls me, and soothes me, and destroys me. She is my beloved, Maa

Devi, and friend. In Her I am no more, and in Her I Am.
