I ingest it in some form daily. ..and "YES" to chewing Tulsi leaves! It is very delicious. I recently handed out this leaflet to my clients and students as use of Tulsi is especially needed in the winter months. If anyone on the list would like some Tulsi seeds contact me off list and I will gladly share. I have many plants growing in my Ayurveda and Meditation Garden. They are very easy plants to grow. Guest guest
Dear Guru Ravi Kaur, So when we go to the store we should ask for Tulsi tea or Holy Basil tea? What is the difference between Tulsi and regular Basil? Sat Nam, Gururattana
