Guest guest
As I was doing my other works, my mind keep on getting back to this particular message a lot of time. As I went through it again, I realise I have also misinterprete Dennis message altogether. My apology. Now Let me rephrase this statement again : 1] Dennis wrote : "Also, in your group description II understood, probably out of my foolishness, that disagreeing with you in this group is not prohibited nor I have to accept your beliefs fully to be here, right?" Yes! this is what we wrote : One of the primary purposes of this Group is to counterbalance this incorrect perception by providing accurate, detailed and truthful information about Shaktism. In fact, almost all spiritual systems are expected to fetch siddhis. Shaktas are simply supposed to get them easier and faster. In Shaktism also, the basic concept is merger with the absolute even while living in the world, without renunciation. In fact it is said this is the ONLY path that offers both Bhukti (worldly happiness) and Mukti (spirtual liberation). Our goal is to encourage open debate and discussion of Shaktism, whether positive or negative, in the belief that the best cure for ignorance, misunderstanding, and -- above all -- misinformation, is a frank discourse between people who truly love Devi, and have chosen to approach the Ultimate Divine through Her myriad forms. Moreover, and fundamentally, we want to provide the tools necessary for those who want not merely to discuss Shaktism, but to actually PRACTICE it in a manner appropriate to their circumstances and development. You are entitled to your own belief and opinion. I am not here to force what you do not agree down your throat. This is a shakta group and our main focus will be DEVI. LIke I said, if you want to believe Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi as the Supreme, go ahead, but you must understand that not everybody accepts her as such. And if you go around here saying, she is above all the other mothers such as Ammachi or karumayi etc, now that is where the problem is. Just imagine if somebody from Ammachi group goes to Sahaja Yoga group and says : Ammachi is Supreme and above all including Nirmala Devi. People in the group will react strongly, dont you agree. But we are not Nirmala Devi or Ammachi or Karumayi group. We are Shakti Sadhana, we embrace all mothers and acknowledge all Women as the Manifestation of Devi. From my own spiritual practices, I see all around me as the manifestation of DEVI. If you continue to still insist on the supremacy of Nirmala Devi, then your whole statment is no different than Z-manmen. He comes here saying Lord Krisna is supreme etc and Devi works for Lord Krishna. Now that is a different issue. Dont you agree with this? You dont expect us Shakta here to just keep quiet and accepts what he says. As I have stated earlier "As I see it, Nirmala Devi or Karumayi or Ammachi are all Mothers in their own right. They have this special gifts and they use this gift to help humanity. As such I have nothing against them.". And I believe the earlier misinterpretation of Dennis message is a sign from DEVI herself that perhaps I should keep silence for a while and just concentrate on what Im suppose to do : Updating the Homepage.
