Guest guest
>From personal experience, I think the amount of concentration you put into your breathing, Ujjayi breathing and all, helps build lungcapacity and strength, so to my thinking yoga to some extent helps allieviate some of the ill-effects of smoking. As yoga in general seems to help many of us looking into ourselves and making us more aware of our body and what we do to it, the longer term effects of practicing yoga might lead to smoking less, or giving it up alltogether. In the meantime, the two will bl**dy well have to go together, as I'm enjoying my pipe too much to give it up yet :-) Namaste Jens
