Guest guest
Namaste I would like my mom to experience the benefits of kundalini yoga. She has als. I tried doing pranayama with her, but she says that she cannot catch her breath because her lungs are bad and the doctors say that she shouldn't exert her lungs. I recommended that she do some bandhas, but she says that her doctors told her that she should not contract her muscles in any way. What would you recommend for her to practice, something that would be the most beneficial and provide the most healing qualities so that she can live a long, happy, healthy life? Thanks in advance. It might be a good idea to see if she would be inclined to get tested for the great mimic, Lyme Disease.
Guest guest
I would recommend her to get new doctors. With the things the docs said she can't do, there are no physical things left. She could do some healing meditations or visualizations though.
