Guest guest
What a good message to read this morning! I have been meaning to write but have been putting it off. Sometimes it's hard to express thoughts and they get pushed aside for the time when you think you can say it right. But Ramya's post this morning made me stop being so lazy. We want to say "thank you" to everyone for such wonderful evenings at the Mandir (via satellite). The last three nights have made us so happy. The Christmas Eve Celebration was one miraculous activity after another, and I have to say that it was our best Christmas Eve. Now I am grateful that a blizzard made us stay home. Christmas Day brought another, but different, evening at the Mandir with Swamiji being so funny that we were in constant giggles. (Now--that's my kind of Holy Man!!) Nanda was so pretty and sweet; Swamiji teased Srini and we got a kick out of that. Maa was so captivating!! Last night was very different, sort of a quiet level of love. A small gathering with Swamiji and four others. The two devotees who chanted japa later after Swamiji were very inspiring. (My sound was giving me fits so I wish I knew order of mantras they were chanting.) Was that Gauri and Parvati? We live in the country. Satellite service is the only way to get high speed Internet as well as television service. Both are pricey, but the high speed Internet service is quite a bit more. We can't afford them both...so guess which ones gets our money these days? Right! It'll be Devi Mandir every night from now on!!
