With this TOB,he had two reservations,in my birth chart,I had to be married at the age of 18,not at 28,secondly he was unable to see my police job in the birth chart. So I decided to give you 1600 to 1700.But from the childhood parents told TOB was 1615.You here we dont have such type trend,to keep child's proper birth record,which is also a very serious issue. Perhaps there was a reason why people were sensing some gaps and not responding to your initial requests which then made you wonder if there was some discrimination going on! I am glad that through my persistence those interested may now be able to proceed with a rectification of your time. Just one point, if I may. Since you had been hearing from childhood that your time of birth was 16:15, I would not take that lightly. My observation has been that generally people tend to remember the time of birth a few minutes after as opposed to earlier. In other words your time of birth could very well be a few minutes before but unlikely to be 'after' 16:15. May you find your chart. Since you had been hearing from childhood that your time of birth was 16:15, I would not take that lightly. My observation has been that generally people tend to remember the time of birth a few minutes after as opposed to earlier. In other words your time of birth could very well be a few minutes before but unlikely to be 'after' 16:15. May you find your chart.
