I placed the container with the oil and beads under a table lamp and I think due to the refraction of the oil, its easier to see the beads. Those hairline cracks are more extensive than I thought. All happened under less than 2 weeks and I oiled them like 2/3 times since I got them. This might be an interesting story for some. My first batch of beads, I selected the mukhi by dowsing after determine Rudrakshas per se would be of use to me. That was about coming to 2 months. Then I got a sense that 3 mukhi beads would be useful in an upcoming period. Initially thought 10 but clarified that it was something in the past rather than planetary. Didn't formally dowse this as the sensing was differentiated enough not to. The local Rudraksha prices are like 2x that on the internet so decided to other from the previous net vendor. After reading so much about siddh malas from the other forum, thought maybe I should start working towards one. So I ordered other mukhis. Did this without testing. Well, what do you know, only the 3 mukhi bead don't have hairline cracks... and strangely, the 4 and 5 have more cracks in the mukhi border recesses and are more extensive than those in the 6, 9 and 10. Happy new year... Andrew
