The special quality of 14 mukhi Rudraksha (An opinion)

ESOTERIC: The special quality of 14 mukhi is as Maha Shani or GREAT

SATURN. Lord Shiva wears a 14 mukhi mala. And Saturn (Shanidev) is a

big devotee of Lord Shiva (although not friendly with his own father,

Surya – The Sun). So anyone wearing 14 mukhi gets the “eye of Shiva” on

them, PLUS gets reduction in all bad aspects of Saturn. That is why

even people in Sade Sati, or even Saturn periods, which are so

humiliating, get a giant boost in self confidence and patience in

knowledge that Shani, no matter how badly placed in your horoscope,

will show you respect because Shani sees everyone, but in particular he

respects and feels kindness toward those who have, somehow by great

good fortune, gotten the blessings of Mahadev (the GREATEST Vaishnava)

in a most rare form of His (Himalayan) Chaturdasha mukhi Rudraksha

Mani.

Instead of trying to please Lord Shivji by wearing Rudraksa, why not

worship that object of his devotion. After all it is Shivji who is

instructing Narada in the Narada Pancaratra where he says quite

clearly that worship of Krsna in the form and body of a gopi is the

topmost. By pleasing the object oh his aradhya you will not only

receive the blessings of Shiv but the one who himself blesses shiv.

And indeed Shivji is the topmost vaisnava - 'vaisnavanam yatha sambho'

(Bhagavat).

It is mere opinon. NO Maharishi ever sttated such things. If the Rudraksha can cure all badlyu palces Shani, the fundamental law of Universe is totally destroyed. Of course, gemstone peddlers want to create this kind of myth to sell their products/

Dear Sir,

 

 

What may I ask is the 'fundamental law of Universe' which you are

citing?

 

Another thing, Rudraksa will not work if you have no faith in the holy

sanctity and power of Mahadeva. So in your case... just don't bother.

Here we go with the sectarianism again. In non of the Shiva purana or linga purana's does Shiva call himself a vaishnava. Another question if Shiva is a vaishnava, then why doesn't he spot the same vaishnava emblem on his forehead ?

That which exists is One, sages call it by various Names- That is what the Rig Veda proclaims. Each of us will be attracted by a concept of divinity and choose a mode of worship pertaining to our past impressions and gunas. Isn't that obvious ? Are we living in a well here ? Just look around the world and you can see numerous paths. Sectarianism can only make one narrow minded and one doens't need scriptural quotes to say that.

recommendation of rudraksha finds mention in various puranas viz.

shivapurana, padmapurana, nandipurana, lingapurana etc. it also

finds mention in rudrakshajabalopanishad. in vedas also while

describing shiva, the hymn mentions him as one wearing rudraksha

mala. devibhagavatam and mahabharatam also mention the

recommendation of rudraksha.

 

lord shiva preached (recommended) wearing of rudraksha, which he

practiced. when rudraksha are worn by the lords (shiva) and sages

and are recommended for use by all human beings, it is up to the

native to believe these holy texts and wear a rudraksha and get

benefited.

 

if one believes in these vedas, upanishads, puranas and itihasas

which praised the significance of rudraksha, one naturally believes

the rudraksha and its efficacy.
