Guest guest
Namaste This is a great blessing to hear Maa say this. The purer we become, the more conscious we are of the moments we are with God, and when we are absorbed with the self. So, how to live more with God? The Kasyapa sutras speak to this point when they discuss chanting a specific mantra to rid oneself of a negative thought / mood, and then replacing it with a positive mantra. For example: ham = frustration and mela = harmony. Kasyapa recommended to chant a mala of the 2 mantras, one then the other, or, chant a mala of each, the negative one first, then the positive one. Note the difference after reciting each. Of course, one has to first have the goal to become pure and egoless. Then, through living more consciously, one will "catch" oneself when one is frusturated, or absorbed in self, and then one can chant one's personal mantra, or, one from the list in the Kasyapa Sutras. The book is available at www.shreemaa.org Maa gives us these techniques, may we have the strength and discipline to use them. May we all feel God's presence in our lives, and grow towards God like a sunflower towards the sun.
