Guest guest
Dear Advaitins, First of all i would like to thank the moderators who have put a beautiful picture dipicting the gita verse. I have got one doubt. Sri Shankaracharya while commenting on the sloka equates brahmin with satva, cow with rajas and elephant with tamas. My question is as both cow and an eliphant comes under the animal kingdom, why acharya calls cow with rajas and elephant with tamas. There is some reason why acharya does so. Can anybody help me to understand this point? Yours in Sri Ramakrishna, Br. Vinayaka
