My fear was that my parents may not trust ... the marks I got, given by these typographically challenged teachers! Illusion of perfection is best destroyed when one is young!! ;-) I re-live thot childhood fear whoen ... IT and programming students and accountants psot here (or elsewhere) Souhld I buy their software? But how does one know who really created what we buy, these days? But friends -- I really tremble, when I take ... My doctor friend's unreadable handwritten response (RSVP) to my invitation to my birthday party ... To my pharmacist (who else can best decipher a doctor's handwriting?) And after half an hour of waiting ... Somehow , I make it a Point to read all your mails ( With the way you write your mails , this can become ADDICTIVE also ) and the Reason is just this : -------- All your mails are wonderfully Written , that is , they are all written down very Lightly and with a certain sense of Humour in them. So , not only they drive Home the Meaning of what you want to say but also keeps the Humour Alive. This mail , for example , made me Smile ( Infact Laugh ) at the Simplicity of the Subject Chosen and the Way it Forced its Meaning into my Brain yet making me Smile ( Infact Laugh ) at the mail. You know something , you are very right about the TYPOS and Bad Handwrittings and giving an Example of the Doctor and Pharmacist is the Best and the most common of all. My Personal Experience : --------- When I read the mails on the Groups , I face the same Problem ( the sentences and thier meanings become something else and the whole Point of Writing the mail becomes misleading ).
