Really Good Spiritual Armor would be the Shiva Kavacam(From Shiva Puja

and Advanced Yagna) or the Devyaah Kavacam (from the Chandi Path)both

by Swami Satyananda

Saraswati.

The Shiva Kavacam(Armor of Shiva) is convenient when you are very busy

and but still want to maintain a divine bhava in the world. In Just 7

verses you recite mantras which elucidate The qualities obtained by

wearing the mantra: OM Namah Shivaya. We touch those cooresponding

parts of the body related to parts of the mantra. So in just few

minutes you are cloaked in the consciousness of infinite goodness. One

great line translates as:"For the welfare of his or hers own soul a

person should not take one step without this armor. But where he or she

proceeds with the armor, wherever that person goes, there the objectives

are accomplished conquering all desires..Whatever desires(pure) one

contemplates,he or she attains them without a doubt.A human being

becomes equivalent to the Supreme Sovereign of All."

If you have more time the Devyah Kavacam(The Armor of the Goddess) is

very beautiful way of being protected while wearing all the best

qualities of the Divine Mother.

Some really good tumeric for the waters of the world!

renunciation, only then should you enter the world. In the ocean of

worldliness, there are many crocodiles with names like "desire,

attachments," and "anger." If you rub turmeric on your body and

submerge yourself in the waters, you have no fear of crocodiles. If

you rub the turmeric of discrimination and renunciation over your

body, you can submerge yourself in the ocean of worldliness without

any fear at all. God is Truth. That is the eternal phenomenon.

Everything else is transient. It is impermanent.
