How to Speak Only Truth, to Debra and everyone

Namaste Debra:

 

I hope was can support each other in this sankalpa. Certainly talking

about it and deepening our understanding will help us all to become

more aware of our thought, speech, and actions.

This is a sadhana on all levels: thinking the truth, speaking the

truth, acting truth. Becoming aware of all levels of ones existence

and acting in harmony is truthfullness.

More thoughts and experience?
