Dear list members,

Does anyone know if there are any bibliographies for Sri Vidya

materials. I'm interested in finding out the locations of any major

manuscript collections in India and also bibliographies of printed

works.

Many thanks,

Harry Spier

Dear Sir,

I have childhood friend in Shri Ballapadavu

Madhava Bhat, Sahitya Siromani, who had

specialised in traditional Srichakra/Srividya

worship. He is traditional illustrator also. He can

speak Kannada, Samskrit and Marathi, which

is his mother tongue. I wonder if he knows

English. He could be a source of undetected

manuscripts. I ask my childhood friends if

he is reacheable and is a source, I case the

question is affirmative, I will get back to you.

Shri Madhava Bhat is now around 78,keeps

good health.

With best wishes,

Yours sincerely,

Kulamarva Balakrishna

Harry,

The LOC catalog shows these two books on the subject "Srividya" as

"including bibliographical references." I'll have a look at the second

to see whether it has enough for you possibly to want to order a copy

for the sake of the bibliography alone.
