Thanks for your prompt reply, Your very much corect about my profession and field.

I have done lot research in agriculture field and best part of it is , i am very good at

bio dynamic farming . I am not conected with software things , but i love net and surfing

about vedic agriculture and astrology,And also planing for fish farming on lake victoria.

My drawback is my nature, says my kids and wife.I lost my temparament often as

i am not geting proper treatment and recognisation as any learned person should get ,

and thats the thing desturb me .You can say that my ego is chalanged daily ,

To be very frank with you, i dislike my boss as he use to speak lie every now and than.

And he is behaving inhuman ways with all indian in his other bussness.So when ever i see

some indian , i really looses my head as all here are helpless.

And most important thing is that he has never kept his promise about remunrations

and other facilities.Last week i had some hot talks with his P. A . and i asked him not

to pock his nose in the field in wich he has no knowledge,and this man is now planing

to prove that i am wrong in some areas of work.So i want some good nice person with

whom i can work and also i can keep my self respect intact.
