It is better to take vegetarian food to practice yoga also this will give you comfortable during breathing excercise also during posture. If you are dedicated and confident within yourself you can reduce your weight and can acheive a standard body. Guest guest Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 eyup food wise i would try to stick to veg and fruit, also the less cooked veg you eat the better, cooking mainly serves to make the food less nutritious, meaning you're probly going to stay hungry, and you could consider moving to 6 small meals a day rather than 3 normal ones, this should help to speed up your metabolism, and dont eat anything after about 8pm. for me the earlier in the day i have breakfast the better.
