Guest guest Posted December 31, 2006 Report Share Posted December 31, 2006 hello all, i just became acquainted with KY, my only experience so far is from a book i bought myself for christmas. i've been experiencing strange feelings during and after my excersizes. i wonder if i've been breathing wrong, or, if this is how it should feel. my fingers tingle and my head feels like its floating, i've also noticed the whole front of my face turning strangly cold. i've read somewhere that these feelings may be toxins leaving my cells and entering my blood, it also said that this probably wasnt hyperventilation as long as i was breathing right. one more thing: when breathing, one pulls the air down into the lower stomach with the diaphram and then up through the chest to the base of the neck? should i avoid pulling the air into my chest? i can feel that breathing is very important and i want to do it right. thank you for your thoughts. steve Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
