Guest guest
Hello, I just d yesterday and want to introduce myself to you. I am female, 47 years old and am from Germany. I have been doing Hatha Yoga since I was 18 years old, more or less regularily. There have been long periods where I have done nothing all. I came across Kundalini Yoga by coincidence, which I know does not exist, so lets say I have been guided. I found the descrption of the Meditation for Gurprasad printed on the inside of a package of Yogi Tea, which I normally not look at. Anyway, I liked the descrption and tried out the meditation and also did it with my meditation group. They all loved it. Now I was hooked and went on search in Google to learn more about this meditation. On the package is was not mentioned that it is from Kundalini Yoga, so I just searched for Meditation for Gurprasad and was lead to the Kundaliniyoga.org site, Lesson 25. So, and now I am here. I like that in Kundalini Yoga there are not only the asanas but also, breathing, medidation, mantras and bhandas. I will soon start to go through the online lessons, but first I have to overcome a nasty flu-virus which has me down in bed at the moment. With regards shantara
