Guest guest
Please ignore my meltdown and consider me as signed up and trying to complete the sankalpa. (Just finished my first mala!) I will do my best...and I will complete the 100,000. If I don't make the 2007 deadline, I will just keep at it until I do. Guest guest
Way to go Karenji!! I have completed one mala also. I sat trying to memorize the mantra, stupidly forgetting that 'I' can do nothing but somehow the mind drifted to the recent photo of Maa and Swamiji and this is the conversation that ensued: "Why are Gurujis Feet missing from that picture? Because they are in my heart. All the hearts of Their children... Then why do you fear?" At that point i stopped trying to "learn" the mantra and instead bowed the head in prayer and thanks to Guru asking Her/Him to speak the mantra through this vehicle.
