Hi Donna, The sankalpa mantra (anyone reading this and wanting to know more , please check out /surveys? id=12494956 ) is made up of 32 syllables , but the sadhana is to repeat this mantra 100,000 times by the end of 2007. 1 mala, is generally made up of 108 beads, but there are some with 54 beads as well. So assuming that you have a mala with 108 beads, then you will need to do 927 malas of 108 to get past the 100,000 number. Or, if you would like to do more, to make up for any errors and omissions, you can do 1000 malas of 108, to get past the 100,000 number. But, the goal is , for the individual to complete 100,000 repetition to the mantra. Hope this helps. Jai Maa Nanda
