Guest guest
Greetings, For the past nine months I have been using the _Kundalini Yoga for Beginners_ by Nirvair Singh. My basic approach has been to do one lesson every day or every other day. After working through all the lessons, I go back to lesson one and begin working through all of the lessons again. Now I would like to expand and enhance my practice through _Transitions to a Heart Centered World_ by Gururattan K. Khalsa or _The Ten Light Bodies of Consciousness_ by Nirvair Singh. Based on the experience of people here who have used these books or know these works well, what would be a beneficial way to proceed? If anyone has other suggestions that may also be of help, please include them as well. Thank you for your information and help, W. Guest guest
.. Firstly, I recommend you to read, also, 'Your Life Is In Your Chakras' from Gururattan Kaur Khalsa. It gives, Kundalini Yoga, all its meaning. Without it the exercises risk becoming sheer "hata yoga". Secondly, 1--Exercise series: --daily: 'exercises for maintaining a flexible spine'. --weakly: 'exercise series for 'hips, thighs &, legs', 'self adjustment of the spine' "especially for secretaries", 'skull & pelvic bone adjustment' "for factory workers. from Yogi Bhajan's 'Relax & Renew'. 2--Kriyas: weakly, according to need, an appropriate kriya from Yogi Bhajan's 'Yoga for health & healing'. 3--Meditation: It is a must that you meditate, for at least 15', after exercising. 4--Gong: A daily 15' session of Gong, [inevitable to me] "Song of the Sacred Gong" from Sat Jiwan Singh, loud, very loud, the stereo system should be of good quality with a lot of 'base'.
