My brother who ia a s/w professional has not shown any interest towards

marrige.Please let us know whether it is denial or delay in marriage.

1. 7th house is aspected by saturn

2. 7th lord mars is in 9th house with rahu

3. ul has ketu and is aspected by AL.

4. Lagna lord venus is debilitated?Does it receive neechabhanga?

Dear Nirmala,

I hope you and Rafal would not mind my sharing some of my observations.

1. Though debilitation of Venus may be cancelled, it is still weak because

of conjunction with Sun.

2. 8L Jupiter is placed in 7H in D1 and 6th co-lord Ketu is placed in 7H

in D9.

3. Venus, Ketu and Saturn are in trines to 7H in D9, leading to tapasvi's

combination.

I remember sanjayji recommending worship of Vishnu avatar represented by

planet placed in UL and fasting on ULL day. Vishnu avatar of ketu is

matsya and ULL day is Monday. Hope gurus will correct any mistakes and

guide you further.
