I have observed minor changes on your web page, like php in place of html for format leading to Jaimini page. What I notice is. Your audio lecture is uploaded in article section instead of Jaimini web page. * May be , some like me are missing your lecture on Nakshatra. * Secondly I found your PDF on vedamurti .What I understood is , It is transcript of some chat with your disciple for it apperas that time is denoted in beginning of each line. The concept was touched in Delhi conference but your PDF amplifies possible application. It is thought provoking.Thanks for teachings. May I ask two doubts. 1. 15:30:13 " in my D 60 ketu is in Aries......Mars is the link- Knowledge from Atharva Veda being blessed" This does not support your D 60 chart I have.? What is data you use now a days. 2. 16:40:53 " worshipping the devata .......enhance its knowledge in your life" Here which devata is referred, Adhi devata or Pratyadhidevata? The entire site is going through some changes, to make it easier for me to write more posts, as well as contribute with more articles and lectures, without having to open my html editors so much. Eventually the whole thing will be CMS based, and readers will be able to add comments and interact in discussions reg. the posts or lectures/articles posted. Yes the Vedamurti PDF is a chat-transcript, i felt it would be useful to show how I and students approach the subject, and how the thought process is. As for your question: Ketu is definitely in Aries in my D60. Its dispositor is Mars who aspects lagna - Taurus, by Rasi dristi. My chart is: 21st November 1981, 6:08 AM (rectified in 2003) in Nairobi, Kenya. As for Devata and knowledge. All devatas give knowledge as the root of the word DEVA comes from the word DIVA or 'light'. Now, which devatas give which knowledge is then the question: Adhi devatas give one knowledge of what work/karma you must do. Pratyadhi devatas give knowledge/solution of how to end bad karma and increase good karma. Example: Surya is the Graha and Aditya is the Devata, Agni is the Adhi Devata, whilst Shiva is the Praytadhi devata. Worship of Aditya will give me knowledge of Suryas exact embodiment and purpose... i.e. that he causes the year to happen through his movement through the twelve sunsigns, etc. This is also helpful for learning Jyotish as Surya is Daivagya. Worship og Agni gives knowledge of WHY Surya is who he is... namely because he is a ball of fire in the sky emitting light, and just like the colors and shades of colors we see on earth are just aspects of light coming from that beam of light emitted by the Sun, so also all atmas are just sparks of light from the actual paramatma. Finally worship of Shiva helps us get out of the issues which cause these various shades and colors of light to be different, and helps us go back to that one light which is that of the paramatma.
