Sankalpa for Sarva badha mantra

Dear Nanda,

 

i am unsure regarding certain aspects of the sankalpa prayer. Please

help me by saying whether the following is correct or show where

change is necessary.

 

Om Adya Jambudvipe, our respective countries Dese, our respective

states Pradese, our respective cities nagare, Devi Mandire, Paush

Maase, Krsna Pakshe, ashtami tithau, Satyananda Gotre (or our

respective Gotre) my name cha SAMASTA DEVI MANDIR ONLINE PARIVAR

krtaitat , Shri Chandi Kaamaha, Puja karmaham, sarva badha Mantra

Karishye.

The audio recording of Shree Maa chanting the mantra previously was a self repeating loop but now it just goes once. Why the change? Can it be put back like it was?
