He has a brain tumor, 3rd stage, which stopped growing and now is growing again. He's been through a surgery though they couldn't get all of it without seriously impacting some brain functions, and has also been through radiation. He's supposed to begin chemo treatments. >From my side, I've tried to help by suggesting alternate means, such as various cancer specific supplements etc, detoxers, immune booster etc, and a product called Natural Cellular defense which detoxes and is supposed to kill cancer cells (which, admittedly, he's been taking regularly). I've also done remote energetic healing transmissions. His tumor had gone dormant for a while. However, my brother is very resistant to alternative stuff, spirituality, subtle energies et al. He has a conservative scientific mind and foo foos everything. And since I've been meditating my entire adult life since age 22, you can imagine the derision. On a psychological level, part of his disease may very well stem from his own resistance to broader ideas and experiences, and certainly denial. Death will be something he cannot deny however. So, back to my original thought--if he does not give his consent to a yagna, then my understanding is it wouldn't help much? Because, he hasn't and won't. But would it have an effect regardless? Beads and yantras would really be out in his situation--no way would he deign for that! Thanks for listening. Michael
