Dear Ravi,

Welcome to the group,

You are on the right track. You are blessed [by our 'jargon'].

Secondly,

Yoga is a union of Mind/Body/Soul,

cuisine at this stage is secondary.

Start working the union:

understanding:

1--the chakras [read "your life is in your chakras" by Gururattana]

2--the breath, & meditation, [recommend you read Yoga for Health & healing

by Yogi Bhajan.]

3--meditate on music after exercising [song of the Sacred Gong by Sat Jiwan

Singh].

Paramount,

avoid 'mood making'.

Yoga is the substance of life not the illusion of it.

Peace & Love,

Nabil Rizqallah

Be yourself,

Be crystal clear,

Avoid being opaque.

"In KY the most important thing is experience",

"feel & experience each situation without becoming emotionally &

judgementally involved in it".
